**Spring time is approaching and with it comes reduced hours with my husband returning to work. During this time, feel free to inquire about booking outside of my scheduled hours and I will do my best to accommodate where I can!

*With my husband into his slow season, I will have more availability through the day. Please let me know if you’d like to book in outside of my posted available hours and I will do my best to get you in!

Since I am working out of my house again, my children and husband will be there at times. My kids are aged 10, 5 and 2 years old. We also have a dog, Molly and a rabbit, Dino. It has been able to work out in the past with minimal disruption, so am hopeful it can continue to again this time around!

My address is 6984 Road 164 Atwood. I live on hwy 23 in the tiny hamlet of Newry in the stone and board and batten house. Please use the door closest to the road!

A Natural Touch is a massage therapy practice owned and operated by myself, Sarah Longlade, RMT. I am situated in my home practice in Newry, just outside of Atwood. I have been a practicing massage therapy since January 2009.

I offer various massage services, including 30 minute, 45 minute, 60 minute, 90 minute and 120 minute treatments.

Treatment times may include assessments and paperwork. They begin when you enter my treatment room.

My work varies from relaxation to deep tissue, customized to your needs!
